Our client was charged with DUI after failing field sobriety tests and producing a BAC result in excess of .08. He was facing severe job consequences if he was found guilty of DUI based upon the nature of his profession. After mitigation was presented and lengthy negotiations, Mr. LaScola secured a reduction of the DUI charge to a Reckless Driving and (as an added bonus) secured a Rescission of the Statutory Summary License Suspension.
